Nature of Services
Nammapandit provides Online & Offline Pooja Services, Homam Services, Spiritual Consultations,
and Religious & Vedic Courses. All services are performed based on traditional spiritual practices
and are subject to availability.
Booking & Payments
Advance payment is mandatory to confirm any booking. A booking is considered confirmed only
after successful payment acknowledgement. Payments once made are non-refundable unless the
service is cancelled by Nammapandit. Rescheduling requests must be informed at least 24 hours
prior to the scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled service: No refund.
Cancellation more than 24 hours before service: Partial refund after deducting expenses incurred.
Refund timelines may take 7–14 working days depending on payment method.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate details including Name, Nakshatra, Address, and Contact Information.
Nammapandit is not responsible for incorrect services resulting from wrong information provided.
Personal Data & Privacy (DPDP Act Compliance)
We collect personal data such as Name, Contact Number, Email, Address, and required spiritual
details only for service-related purposes. By submitting your details, you consent to data processing
as per the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be shared only with assigned priests, secure
payment gateways, or authorities if required by law. Reasonable security measures are
implemented to protect data.
Users have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data.
Intellectual Property
All website content including text, logos, images, and materials belong to Nammapandit and cannot
be reused without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Services are spiritual in nature and based on traditional beliefs. Results may vary individually.
